Recently I've had a proper and thorough look into the GOSH counter and I picked up a few new exciting things. It's a good place to pay a visit to if you're on a hunt for colours to play with as their shade offering is possibly the least obvious on a budget.
Although I've not tried their complexion products (I'm usually very cautious about foundations and primers on a budget as they have to be very fine and moist texture wise to suits my fussy skin which is still pretty rare on a high street sadly), their eyes and lips range is interesting. The Nougat Crisp liner is a great nude with a warm brown undertone, still I think it should suit a lot of complexions, it definitely defines my lips without making them look dead as you would often expect from a nude. The bright Flirty Orange is nothing but fun, it lights up the face and makes a good break from the usual neutrals.
I've been into nude lipsticks a lot lately (who hasn't been really?) and the only one I've been using recently is a Matte Rose. It goes on smoothly but can be drying after a while. I always pop my NUXE Reve de Miel on before hands and buff it away with a cotton bud Lisa Eldridge's way, it solves the issue. It's more on the mauvey side which makes my lips look fuller and plumper. The whole Velvet Touch range is great though, the colours look seriously mental.
Finally, the brow offering- Between the brow kit, a long lasting pen and a regular pencil you're bound to find something to suit your brows. I went for the pencil this time and I'm really pleased with the shade. They have an annoying tendency to always be warm toned but this one in Grey Brown is cool enough for me.
Have you tried any of those?
