I adore a lipstick and generally embrace its all forms. I think there's always a room for both mattes and sheers. Mattes have had a spike in popularity over the past couple of years and as much as I have loved my Velvet Teddy and Pillow Talk, it's always the creamy finish I like to go back to the most.
These Crushed Lip Color Lipsticks launched recently and instantly piqued my interest. Hence, I made a rather hasty purchase.
WHAT IS IT?
It's a lightweight creamy finish yet highly pigmented lipstick that is easy to apply. I grabbed one in Babe, a muted, mid-toned pink.
WHAT'S GOOD ABOUT IT
The colour range includes twenty non-generic and flattering shades to play with. I definitely do like the silky and buildable formula.
WHAT'S NOT GOOD ABOUT IT
It doesn't last, as you would expect from a sheerer finish despite the claims in the description.
IS IT WORTH IT?
It's a lovely balm-like bullet and I do want to try out other colours purely because of the wearable shade selection. However, taking the price into consideration, I can name a few others that are better lasting.
